Minor tears and sequins/beading issues can also be easily fixed (fees may apply) Please contact us immediately on email@example.com to advise of any damage so we can look out for it on return. Significant damage to the dress will need to be assessed on return.

Look through our rental collection and use the filters that narrow down our collection to size, colour, and style that you need. Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply place the dress(s) in the postage-paid return bag and drop it at your nearest post office or express postal box. There’s no need to return any hangers or boxes you receive.
Our most common rentals are 4 days. We recommend you book your order to arrive 2-3 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get the perfect look.
Think of it this way:
Day 1 – Receive your dress and try it on.
Day 2 – Accessorize and find the right shoes for the dress.
Day 3 – Wear it (and work it) at your event.
Day 4 – Return your rental at your nearest Australian post box by 12pm.
You can book a reservation up to 3 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 2-3 days before your event. We only accept orders that1 week prior to the day before you would like your rental to arrive.

One to two days before you event date we will supply you with a tracking number.
We will express ship to your address and also include a pre paid return satchel for you to return the dress to us. Postage is approximately $34.00.

Dresses are steamed and pressed prior to shipment to you. They are wrapped carefully in tissue paper and boxed up for safe shipping. If you do find that your dress has some wrinkles, try steaming the garment on low heat or contact us for advice on how to remove any wrinkles.

We will only exchange sizes if the dress does not fit.
This almost never happens. We make sure that our designer dresses get to their lovely recipients on time. However, if some unforeseen problem occurs, one, which is beyond our control, then you should get in touch with our team immediately.
Please do not attempt to clean the garment before returning it. We use a professional dry cleaning service to ensure garments are not damaged.
My Sisters Boudoir stocks a range of dresses in sizes 6-14. Whilst not all sizes may be available to rent at all times, as our collection expands and grows we will aim to provide a variety of dresses in all sizes.
No, as we require a signature, we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
We will send you an SMS or an email to confirm that we have received your dress back. All return postage bags have their own unique tracking number, so please note down this number so that you can track it if you wish.
That’s fine, we ignore Sundays or holidays when the post office is closed. So don’t worry, just drop your box into your local Post Office the next working day. Your package will be delivered to us the following day.
There is a $20 fee per late day that will be debited from your credit card.
Absolutely. We can deliver to any residential address, business address or hotel within Australia. However, if you are outside of the regular delivery network and we are unable to get to you, you will be asked to provide an alternate address or offered a full refund. If you are unsure, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Yes. It is important to us that we have proof that all our orders were delivered. However, you don’t personally have to put yourself on hold for the delivery. You can designate just about anyone you like to receive the designer dress for you, just let us know in advance.
We are always clearing out our wardrobe to make room for new dresses, so check it out regularly!
Your credit card details are held as security on the dress and will be used if you don’t return the dress on time or if the dress is damaged.
We do our very best to ensure that an item’s availability is accurately displayed on our website. However, due to the fast movement of dresses through My Sisters Boudoir’s boutique and online store, there may be rare occasions when this information is not 100% accurate. If this is the case, we will issue you a full refund.
